The Love Character

Love. This simple 4 letter word can describe and enhance everything in our lives. I love my spouse, I love my significant other, I love my pets, I love my sleep, the list can be endless. The word is usually just said to amplify a description of something we feel strongly for. We at times over use the word and become desensitized to it and fail to grasp what it totally is.

We become engrossed with it as a possession or belonging, and allow the worth to devalue it. It had become a fad, rather than an emotion, we all must possess and become part of it. In the media you had heard " I love you man" as a catch phrase amongst friends and others. Which isn't a bad thing to pass on to peers, but if one says it, they must believe it and be it.

Love is spiritual in nature, cannot be seen or held in any form of possession, but only felt. The character of love crosses all boundaries, ages, distances, and barriers. This is one of the final unifying forces we share amongst another in humankind.

This is funny and I hate to use this reference, but it will hit home after you read this, "Use the Force". That idea is to put a reference to what love can be for us to somewhat understand it. It is our life force that connects all of us. When we see or encounter someone that is distraught and out of balance we will feel it, for example, as the same when someone is in balance they are warm and light. Through years of live we may have it and crave to keep it, lost it and search for it as light in the distance, or just run from it to never feel the pain of either losing it or the fear to open to it. Through love, it teaches us another key function that walks hand in hand, faith and surrender.

A hard heart will never grow: A short story of a man I know dearly that had ran away from love and emotions, but in time, had seen a light that opened his eyes and warmed himself aside the fire of life, love, and surrender.

"This young man had fallen in love and allowed his heart to open freely when he met a wonderful younger woman that was his match of life. He was light and warm in every aspect of life, but sadly, it was a superficial warmth that had covered an underlying issue and trauma from his past. He was fearing to surrender to love out of fear of being hurt and wanted to control the emotions.

The demise was fated and the relationship ended. He had bitterness and hurt in his heart for years and shelled up from the feelings of love. He was not the man others had known him to be in the past and had become concerned for him.

One day an old friend came across and opened his eyes that the way to let the past and hurt go is to surrender to love, and forgive what had happened, and mostly to forgive his ex girlfriend for what had happened and pray for her. After many conversations the words became actions, and actions became part of his spirit, then in time he became part of the unified love force and allowed his past to rest and move on to live a fulfilled life of openness and attraction."

Love can only be felt when one is totally open to accecept it with clear eyes and spirit. We are vessels that will be filled with what ever we allow to be porured into us. The creature of love is a white/gold healing energy that surrounds the ones that possess it and can share it to others only if they are willing to take it. Love is willing to give and not take.

Love is non judgemental and is supportive. Lastly, love is what we need, as importantly of air, to live life and prosper in it. Love is something we all need in life and I had lost the fear of it. As a motion and emotion to start the ball rolling, tell someone you love them with true feelings and not words.
