Safer Sex Better Sleep

Before you even think of getting those naughty bits and pieces into your mouths and consider rubbing your hot bodies together, it is a good thinking to ask yourself where these bits and pieces have been before. This is all about that thing we call “safe sex.” Although there is no absolute safe sex, it is still better than not having anything at all as we have to constantly seek protection not only from unwanted pregnancy but also from all the dreaded sexually transmitted diseases. In its proper context, safer sex is all about informed sexual options. This refers to knowing all the facts about safer sex so that we are able to make the best decision every time we engage in a sexual act.

When we want to have protected sex, the things that come to mind are the condoms, fingercots and dental dams and gloves especially if we are primed to do unconventional sexual acts. This is especially so if you are using sex toys and when you are inclined to do hand jobs.

Here are your best defense against all the dreaded viruses and infections.

Condoms

Condom comes in the form of polyurethane and latex. It is also offered in several sizes, flavors and colors. The animal skin condoms will not prevent the spread of some viruses. The condom is described as a snug tube that is unrolled onto to the penis or a sex toy. It is extremely important that you have a condom available when you are into anal, vaginal or fellatio. It is also extremely important that you use condoms in sex toys that are made out of porous materials or when you are sharing the sex toy with your partner.

Dental Dams

These thin squares are made of polyurethane or latex and are used as protection when engaged in rimming and cunnilingus. You can place the dam on top of the lubricated genitals and start licking in total abandon while maintaining a good grip of the dam.

Gloves

These gloves are made of latex or non-latex materials and must be used when engaged in any form of hand jobs. These gloves can protect you and your partner from possible infections from germs and viruses.

Fingercots

These are basically small condoms that you unroll onto a finger in order to achieve a sterile surface. This is a must for those who are inclined to engage in on-the-go sex escapades.
